Returns/Refunds/Cancellations
Due to our products being made specifically to your request, we do cannot accept any returns, exchanges or cancellations. Once your purchase is made it cannot be cancelled.
Please make sure to double check your order prior to placing. We make your order according to your specifications. Because of the product being completely personalized, we can NOT accept return or give a refund. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please message us at cteesboutique@gmail.com prior to placing your order. All turnaround times are listed in each product description. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays. USPS Holidays will not be included in turnaround times. Please take note of the turnaround time as all orders are final.
We strive for high quality and happy customers, but sometimes a blemish is overlooked. This is the only instance where a return will be processed. In the event an item arrives to you with a blemish or is damage, you must reported this to us within seven days of receipt. A replacement will be processed and shipped to you if the item is still available or a refund will be processed if said item is not available. Blemishes and damage is defined as holes, tears and rips.
